Our Warranty

At Refavored we take great pride in our craftsmanship and care in refurbishing. Our skilled artisans specialise in restoring Fairfax & Favor products to their original glory!

In the eventuality that a manufacturing fault occurs, all of our products come with a generous 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, and unauthorised repairs are not covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected. Proof of purchase will be required to aid in addressing your query. It is essential to provide us with your order number and relevant images of your product. Failure to supply this information will result in our inability to offer additional assistance.

Coloured suede & leather can transfer with wear onto other fabrics and leave a mark. Likewise, dark coloured fabrics (like denim!) can also transfer onto lighter coloured suede and/ or leathers. This is perfectly normal and won't be covered under our warranty.

If in the unlikely event that your item suffers a manufacturing defect, within the warranty period, please get in touch with our team at warranty@fairfaxandfavor.com who will assist you with your repair under warranty.

Partnered with The Boot Repair Company, who specialise in warranty repairs of luxury leather and suede goods, we aim to breath new life into worn-out soles, damaged leather and frayed stitching (to name a few).

We believe all products should be used and loved, repaired rather than replaced. We are active in avoiding Landfill waste and will always attempt to repair before a replacement is offered.

Outside of Warranty

We have entered a strategic repair partnership with The Boot Repair Company. As part of this partnership, they will be providing you with a premium repair service for any out of warranty repairs or alterations on our exceptional lines of boots, shoes, coats, bags and accessories.
